Wellbeing activities for Adults, Children and Families

Time spent connecting with nature relaxes, revives and re-energises

We have been running sessions for adults, children and families for over 7 years, all dedicated to providing quality nature connection experiences.

To protect people during the pandemic we now run small group sessions, for a minimum of 3 adults at a time.

Our monthly sessions for families with special needs book up quickly as we have limited numbers to 4 or 5 families (up to a maximum of 15-20 people attending at one time)

Session for families with SEN children

These sessions provide opportunity for families to relax and ‘just be’ in a nurturing environment where people are on hand to support, not judge their child/children.

    The tranquility of the woodland helps calm the emotions of both children and parents very effectively.

    Due to Covid we will be running with small groups, so don’t delay reserving your places or you may well miss out.

    Forest Bathing experiences in an ancient woodland

    If you know how it feels when you’ve been for a walk and you feel better in yourself, then this is similar but more potent.

    Forest Bathing involves being guided and supported to slow down, relax and tune into nature, with a view to experiencing a refreshing, restorative experience.

    You can choose to attend with people you don’t know beforehand or with a group of friends (minimum of 3).

    You can choose either a 2 or 3 hour session.

    Mindfulness and nature connection

    These sessions are ideal for groups of friends, or work colleagues.

    Mindfulness and Nature Connection provides a Spa experience for mind and body, leaving you feeling refrshed and revivied.

    Minimum group size – 3 people . Sessions can be 1 – 2 hours.

    Nature therapy in action

    If nature is to act as a therapeutic presence a relationship with nature is necessary, one of feeling safe, relaxed and ‘at home’.
