Nature Therapies

Whether your interest is Bushcraft, Foraging, Forest bathing, Mindfulness or general relaxation with your family, we have something very worthwhile to offer you. Our nature therapy options can delight the senses and nourish your soul but also, through delivering a nature connection experience, can lower stress levels, reset emotional balance and generally help you smile more from the inside.

Sessions will be run by Susan Collini, an accredited Mindfulness teacher, experienced Wellbeing in Nature Practitioner and Forest School Leader with both First Aid and Mental Health First Aid qualifications.
