Complaints Policy

Outdoor Tribe CIC Complaints Policy

We always strive to conduct our business and ourselves as well as we can for the benefit of all our stakeholders.

However, we recognise that things can go wrong and mistakes can be made. If this happens, we will do our best to respond to any complaints we receive in the correct and proper way.

Complaints about safeguarding or data protection/privacy issues should be raised in accordance with our Safeguarding Policy [link] or our Privacy Policy [link] (as applicable).

We encourage anyone with a complaint about any other aspect of our operation to raise it with us informally by contacting Susan Collini, our Chairperson, by phone (07483 234109) or by email (office@outdoortribe.co.uk).

If the complaint cannot be resolved informally, or if the complainant wishes to make a formal complaint from the outset, the complaint should be submitted in writing with full details to the Directors of Outdoor Tribe Community Interest Company at Artisans House, Queensbridge, Northampton NN4 7BF.

Complaints, whether made informally or formally, will be addressed promptly, fairly and confidentially.
