Woodland based activity sessions

We run 2-hour weekly woodland-based activity sessions on Wednesday mornings. Based on the Five Ways To Wellbeing these ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ sessions are geared to the adults who attend each week and include activities such as improving woodland habitats to improve biodiversity, greenwood crafts, nature surveying and tubed-tree management. There is always some social time, with tea/coffee and cake, towards the end of each session.

“I look forward to these weekly sessions. Helping the woodland helps me too and always leaves me feeling better in myself.” (Session participant 2025)

“What I feel about these sessions is that I leave my problems at the gate” (session participant 2024)

You can read more about these Wellbeing Wednesdays or decide to register interest now in attending by contacting us by using the form here or sending a message to Susan Collini on 07483 234109

These sessions are open to anyone over the age of 16 who can demonstrate they will be able to manage moving through wild-wood areas that will likely present uneven ground surface underfoot.
