Wellbeing In Nature training options

You can choose to learn about Wellbeing In Nature or Mindfulness in Nature for your own benefit, or enrol on an Agored accredited training course, designed to help you to further your passion for benefitting others.

We provide training options that embrace both face-to-face and online aspects, developed to best support preference and life circumstances.

Only the Mindfulness in Nature learning pathway is delivered completely online, all other training options include a residential requirement.

The Wellbeing In Nature weekend experience is delivered completely face-to-face, whilst the Wellbeing In Nature Practitioner, Level 2 and Level 3 training is delivered both  face-to-face and online.

Level 2 Wellbeing In Nature training is suitable for people wanting to deepen their own knowledge concerning the benefits of Nature Connection. It is a good option to choose if you don’t have the time available to take on the Level 3 Practitioner Qualification which involves a lot of study-time and also delivery of 6 sessions.

The Level 3 Practitioner training is pretty in-depth. Considered very worthwhile by those who have completed it, many can find they struggle with the required time commitment and the practicalities around running the 6 sessions (which are assessed).

Whatever ‘Nature Connection’ option you choose it will, for certain, enhance your life through deepening insight into not only what it means to really connect with nature, but how to gain ‘meaningfulness’ from the experience.

Use the ‘quick links’ below to read more about the various training options we have available. We hope you will decide to start a conversation as the first step on your path to deepening your connection with both nature and yourself.

The restorative effects to be gained through nature connection are well recognised and scientifically proven. The provision of meaningful invitations that engage individuals more deeply with nature can foster deeper feelings of connection with themselves, an important step in facilitating awareness about what it is they need.
